Job Overview
As an Engineer III on the Cloud Native team, you’ll architect and build enterprise-grade cloud services supporting CrowdStrike’s AI Detection and Response platform.
You’ll work with modern cloud infrastructure, microservices, distributed systems, Kubernetes, and AI-driven security technologies to create reliable, scalable, and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Design scalable cloud-native microservices and distributed applications.
- Build reusable frameworks and platform libraries for engineering teams.
- Develop automated testing focused on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Review software architecture and code to ensure quality and security.
- Integrate services across CrowdStrike’s cloud ecosystem and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues using root cause analysis.
- Improve system reliability and operational excellence.
- Mentor engineers on secure coding practices and cloud-native development.
- Collaborate with multiple engineering teams across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- 5+ years developing cloud-native microservices.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and software architecture.
- Expertise in at least one programming language:
- Golang
- Python
- Java
- Experience using AI technologies to improve workflows and business outcomes.
